Doris
I’m Doris – a trained psychotherapist with a background in Psychology and Political Science. Over the years, I’ve worked in various mental health institutions and NGOs and taught at universities in Europe and the US. My focus has been on education, gender, and society, particularly on politically induced trauma. During and after the war in former Yugoslavia, I worked closely with war-traumatized women and supported educational projects. After retiring from my university position in Fribourg, I joined this initiative with deep commitment and look forward to supporting Afghan women with care and experience.
Arusha
Hi there! I'm Arusha Kapil, a dedicated psychologist on a mission to make a positive impact on people's lives through compassionate counseling services. I've got an MSc in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and a BA (Honors) in Psychology from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. During our counseling sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where your needs and concerns are given the utmost importance. I will actively listen to you, providing a safe space for you to express your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Together, we will explore the issues you bring to the session, delve into their underlying causes, and work collaboratively to develop effective strategies for personal growth and well-being
